Before Chiropractic care I had low back pain, sciatica, mid-back pain and headaches.  The pain made it difficult to excercise, do housework, and carry my daughter.

As far as other treatment methods, I went to see my doctor and she ordered an x-ray, but told me that it would take a few months to get an x-ray appointment.

Chiropractor care made it so the lower pain in my back was gone within two weeks.  When I called the chiropractor, he was able to get me in the next day.  He took an x-ray wnd began adjusting me the next day!  The pain in my lower back has been with me for six years and it was gone within in a few weeks.  I have kept up with maintenance care and it has never come back.

I would absolutely recommend Chiropractic care for others.

Marylou Babineau

Before Chiropractic care I experienced headaches, back spasms, back pain and neck pain.

As far as other treatment methods, I had tried massage therapy.

Chiropractic helped me to no longer have pain or headaches.  Also I no longer take pills. (Advil for pain)

Would I recommend chiropractic?  Yes, Def!

Prior to starting my chiropractic care I was experiencing lower back pain, I also had difficulty sleeping, sitting, standing and walking due to the difficulty I had coping with the pain.

I had not tried any other form of treatment before starting my chiropractic care.

The chiropractic helped my by taking the pain away and it has also helped me to feel much more healthy.

As for lifestyle changes, I was able to resume all my previous activities that I enjoyed before chiropractic.  I also learned about better eating habits from Dr. Aaron.

I would absolutely recommend Chiropractic care for others, in fact I already have to several.

Some problems I was experiencing  prior to Chiropractic care include; low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, as well I experienced constipation, digestive problems(hernia), shortness of breath when using stairs or exercising, and I was not sleeping well due to neck and jaw pain.

Before trying Chiropractic, I tried physiotherapy, acupuncture, as well as Advil, Tylenol, Nexium, for my heartburn, and a puffer for my asthma.

Since starting my chiropractic care my pain is gone in my low back, shoulders and neck.  I haven’t had any heartburn and my bowel movements are improved.  My lifestyle has improved a lot, I can now exercise and run on the treadmill for up to 30 minutes, where as before I could only go for about 2 minutes when pain would start.  I can now breathe!  This has given me more confidence in myself and I look in the mirror and I look and feel so much better.  I can walk up a flight of stairs and I am able to breathe without any shortness of breath.

Yes I would recommend Johnston Chiropractic to co-workers and family and friends.   I plan to continue my adjustments for as long as I need to on a regular basis.

My family doctor had recommended that I have a hysterectomy due to heavy bleeding, but I chose not to have the surgery and so far, since I have begun my Chiropractic treatments, I  have continued to improve and my monthly cycle seems to have decreased somewhat, I am so happy not to have surgery and for choosing an alternative treatment such as Chiropractic.

Prior to Chiropractic care I experienced severe low back pain and I am only 22!  I was unable to work or complete household chores and even missed some social activities.

Before coming to the Chiropractor I went to a massage therapist every two weeks for about 8 months and took yoga classes regularly, however, neither worked.  Some back pain medication helped but only temporarily.

Since my Chiropractic care I am now much more mobile.  I can sit at work for longer than seven hours without pain and I do not miss out on any other activities since receiving the regular adjustments.

Would I recommend Chiropractic care for others?  Yes!

One of the problems I experienced before Chiropractic care was low back pain.  I work at a computer all day and the pain was so bad I was never able to get comfortable.  Standing or walking for long periods was also painful.  I could hardly stand up at the end of the day.

Before Chiropractic I had not tried any other treatments.  I was actually already a patient at Johnston Chiropractic Associates, but I had not been keeping up with my regular adjustments.  So, I decided to revisit and get some help and get myself back on track.  I was x-rayed and evaluated and a plan was made to include traction with my adjustments for an intense 4 days per week schedule of care.

Almost immediately I was feeling relief.  After 3-4 months I was able to work without pain again.  I could do as much and more than before I came for adjustments.  A also attended Dr. Aaron’s Wellness Seminars.  They were very informative and I try to implement the suggestions to improve my health.  It is a slow process for me but I know that I have the support of all the staff.

I would recommend Chiropractic care and I already do.

Prior to Chiropractic care I had lower back & right leg pain due to a herniated disc that affected every aspect of my life.  I couldn’t get comfortable at all whether it be at home or at work.  I was in a great deal of pain; consequently.  I was miserable!

I tried physiotherapy, acupuncture, and various pain relievers.  Chiropractic care helped me by giving me a small amount of relief at first, but with time I improved greatly to the point of being able to lead a normal life again.  Before my herniated disc I walked for exercise and stress relief, but with all of my pain I wasn’t able to enjoy it anymore.  Consequently, I tried swimming as a way to move my body and relieve the pressure on my back and leg.  I have been better now for 4 years, but I haven’t stopped swimming.

I would recommend Chiropractic care for others for both those who do not currently have any physical alignments as a way of helping to make sure they don’t develop any and for those people who are currently suffering.

Some of the problems I was experiencing before Chiropractic care included; pain in my left hip, sinus issues and shoulder pain.  I lost sleep since I was only able to sleep on my right side.  This also made it difficult to walk and added pain when I was out on the ATV in the hip area.  I had to retire from arm wrestling due to arm & shoulder pain.

Other methods of treatment I tried previous to Chiropractic included taking Advil when the pain became unbearable.

Chiropractic has helped me by taking the pain out of my hip, sinuses are no longer a discomfort and my shoulder is a less painful area.  An added benefit was increased circulation, which made my feet warmer and my forearms and fingers no longer go numb when I am driving.  I am now able to walk, skip, run, etc. without any hip pain.  Returned to lifting weights and may return to arm wrestling, and playing recreational volleyball.

Would I recommend Chiropractic care?  Yes, most definitely!!

In my employment there are varied activities throughout the day.  There are many days where sitting is a large portion of my day and at other times I am walking a lot, as well as doing lifting and lugging.  Then there are the household chores that need to be done.

There are days where you find yourself feeling stiff, back aching a bit, neck and shoulders bothering you from excessive computer work or lifting; all of which likely contributed to the “final straw,” so to speak.

In a household cleaning moment I was moving a piece of furniture down a flight of stairs when I experienced a stabbing pain in my lower back, strong enough to sit me down.  Throughout the day this continued, such that standing became the only thing I could do relatively pain free.  I went outside to feed my dog and took the second stabbing pain in my lower back that literally brought me to my knees.  At this point I decided I needed to do something and my family had tried chiropractic care previously, so I thought this might be good to try.  I tried over-the-counter medicine, but really it only relieved the pain temporarily, it did not fix the issue.

Chiropractic care alleviated and eliminated the pain and discomfort I was feeling.  Above and beyond this, I have learned to change my thinking, eating, exercise habits, and the big one - reducing and managing my stress level.  The chiropractic care allowed me to return to doing the things I could before.  I also was able to reintroduce myself to an old acquaintance, exercise, something that easily got knocked off the “to do” list.  The care provided, as well as the knowledge imparted while care was taking place, was phenomenal.  I have learned to change my thinking, eating, exercise habits, and reducing and managing my stress (both physical and emotional).   You have passed on invaluable tools for continuing the process and the adjustments are the bonus in keeping me on track.  The seminars were great tools for learning, motivation and inspiration.

I would recommend Chiropractic care to others.  Johnston Chiropractic Associates made this an enjoyable journey from start to finish, from the initial call to setup an appointment to reaching the maintenance sessions.  The positive spirit and energy that everyone puts into it makes it worthwhile.  Coming in daily was a pleasure; they made everyone feel welcome, expressed genuine caring and concern for clients, took the time to answer any and all questions, and became the support that many of us need to make the necessary changes in our lives.  I have learned to change many things in my life from thinking and eating, to exercise habits and managing stress. They have passed on invaluable tools for continuing the process at home and throughout other life routines.

THANK YOU!!

Before Chiropractic care, some problems I was experiencing included; low back and neck pain, as well as headaches.  The affected all aspects of my daily life.

Prior to Chiropractic I tried massage therapy as well as medical drugs to relieve my symptoms, but this did not help.  Through Chiropractic I was able to have relief for my headaches and it has made it possible to move without pain and discomfort.  I have now resumed my regular activities.

Would I recommend Chiropractic care for others?  Always do!

Some problems I was experiencing prior to Chiropractic Care include; neck pain, shoulder and digestive issues, as well as sinus troubles.  At times the issues I was experiencing were affecting my work.  I had tried physiotherapy and medical drugs before attempting chiropractic.

Chiropractic care has helped me to function better in everything.  Prior to my care, I had to slow down in different activities.

Would I recommend Chiropractic care for others?  Yes!

Prior to starting my Chiropractic care I was having nearly paralyzing low back pain that prevented me from doing even the simplest of activities.  Before Chiropractic I tried mild drugs - Advil, etc.

Chiropractic care has helped, not only relieve my pain quickly, it enabled me to get back to my fully functional self without worrying about a relapse.

Since my care I was able to get back to being an out-doorsy person, canoeing, hiking, camping, & fishing.  All the things I wasn’t able to do before being treated.

I would heartily recommend Chiropractic for anyone who suffers from bone, joint or nerve pain.

Before Chiropractic care I was experiencing neck pain.  The neck pain interfered with sleep, as well as, my ability to work.  It also affected my recreational activities.

Before Chiropractic I did try physiotherapy but it didn’t help.  After starting my Chiropractic care I was finally able to sleep through the night and I no longer have neck pain.  As far as returning to my regular routine of previous activities, I am getting there.

Would I recommend Chiropractic care for others?  I sure would.

One major problem I experienced before Chiropractic care was that I was not able to straighten up, I couldn’t even put my socks on.  Prior to Chiropractic care I had not tried any other methods of treatment.

With the help of Chiropractic care I can now walk, skate, exercise and do every day things.  It does not hurt to stand for long periods of time anymore.

Would I recommend Chiropractic care for others?  Yes, it certainly worked for me.

Before starting Chiropractic care I was experiencing neck pain, this in turn effected my work, household chores, as well as recreational activities.

I had not previously tried any other treatment methods.  Chiropractic care has helped me to be almost completely pain free.

I would recommend Chiropractic care to others.

Lower back pain is what I was experiencing, it effected my work, recreational activities and I had a hard time sleeping.  I did try physiotherapy and pain killers before trying Chiropractic care.

Since Chiropractic care, I can do everything again.  I can walk and run without any pain.  I have started back at the gym.  Everything is better.  I have had no problems doing all the things I was doing before and now I can do more!

I have recommended and will continue to recommend Chiropractic care, this has been the best thing I ever did.

Some of the problems I was experiencing before Chiropractic Care included; low back pain, neck pain, as well as headaches.  This in turn affected my ability to do everyday household chores and recreational activities.  I was a complete wreck, could not climb stairs without difficulty and I could only walk for short distances before pain began.

Before chiropractic I did try physiotherapy, as well as, acupuncture and medical drugs.

Thanks to Chiropractic care I am a completely different person.  I now exercise 3-4 times a week.  I now walk 5-6 times a week and I can run up the stairs.  I have also changed my eating habits, so this combined with daily exercise, I have now lost 30 lbs.

I would definitely recommend Chiropractic care for others.

Prior to starting my care with the Chiropractor I was experiencing low back and neck pain, as well as pain in my shoulders and headaches.  All of this caused me to lose sleep, as well as effecting my work and basic day to day living.  I tired many other treatment methods before trying Chiropractic, physiotherapy, medical drugs, acupuncture…none of them helped.

The Chiropractic care has helped me with my low back injury, as well as decreased the pain I was having in my leg, while none of the other treatments did anything for me.

Since my treatments I am able to do all the same things I was doing before with a lot less pain.

I would recommend Chiropractic care for others, infact I have told other injured people about this practice.

Before starting Chiropractic care, I had difficulty walking and standing.  As well I was experiencing pain in my lower back and left hip.  The year prior to starting my Chiropractic care I had sinus issues.

I had not tried alterior methods of treatment before starting my Chiropractic care, this was my preferred method to try and since I started, I have managed to get everything back into it’s proper place.  It took time to adjust to the changes, however, I feel much more comfortable and walking is easier.

Some lifestyle changes I was able to make since receiving care include, resuming a normal life again, as well prior to my treatment I was really missing the gym and it was the first thing I was looking forward to getting back in to.

I would absolutely recommend Chiropractic care for others.  I love the fact that it is really “me” taking care of myself, with no drugs.  Yay!!

When I first came in to the office I had neck pain, low back pain, my left leg was in excruciating pain down to my toes.  I was walking with a cane at the time and I was irritable, I could not sleep and also I have not been able to work for 3 years.  I also had migraines that were out of this world.

I had been through physiotherapy, acupuncture, and heavy medication that I was told would be able to put a horse to sleep.  I have other mental issues that I was on drugs for as well.

When I first walked in to the Johnston Chiropractic office I couldn’t believe the warmth and kindness that I received from the staff.  I have been here for 28 sessions and I have only had one migraine compared to the weekly I was previously experiencing.  My neck doesn’t hurt and there is a huge improvement in my back and legs and I am not even done my treatments.

I can now empty and fill the dish washer, I can go for light walks.  I sleep a lot better.  My medication has been decreased.  I still cannot sweep or scrub the floors yet, but I know I will in time.  I can do light housework and I owe it all to Johnston Chiropractic.

Yes I would certainly recommend Chiropractic care and I already have.  Doctors should also be recommending their patients.  It’s a warm, wonderful and helpful place.  I love it!

Back before starting Chiropractic care experienced low back pain.  I did not try any other methods for pain relief before starting my care at Johnston Chiropractic Associates.

Chiropractic care has helped me to live my life with a lot less pain. I am now in the process of getting into different activities that I was not able to do before.

I would definitely recommend Chiropractic care for others.

I was experiencing neck pain, pain in my shoulders, low back pain, as well as headaches and sinus issues   Daily chores and recreational activities were all disrupted by these issues.

Before trying chiropractic care I tried relieving the pain through medical drugs.

After receiving chiropractic care, my symptoms were reduced and work became much easier.  Since starting my care I have been able to resume working out again.

Would I recommend chiropractic care for others?  Yes I definitely would!

Before deciding to come see the Chiropractor, I experienced issues with my sciatic nerves in my hip, as well I couldn’t sleep, I wasn’t able to walk properly due to lots of pain.  I didn’t feel like I could do anything.

I tried other treatment in the form of medical drugs, I was on Cortisone.  Since starting treatment with Chiropractic I can now walk with ease as well I am able to sleep and do all my regular household jobs.  Not to mention I was able to return to my gardening!

Would I recommend Chiropractic care?  You bet! It works wonders!

Problems I was experiencing before Chiropractic care included; neck muscle tension that sometimes lasted several days leading to severe headaches and the inability to think and function normally.

I used to be in the military and had a hard time getting them to refer me to a chiropractor.  The “happy pills” masked the pain, but I still could not function normally.  Chiropractic helped me by giving me almost total relief of the neck tension.  It would be completely gone if I stayed away from the computer and did more home exercise.

Now that I am receiving chiropractic care and my symptoms have been relieved I am really enjoying my retirement.

Depending on your problem, I feel that chiropractic care can give so many problems relief, if not correct it.  Why would a person not give chiropractic a try?

Before chiropractic care I suffered from low back pain and numbness in my left leg and foot.  I went straight to chiropractic for my treatment, I did not try any alterior methods.

After several visits to the Chiropractor, I started to gain feeling back and strength in my leg.  As well, my back wasn’t as stiff.

I am a very active person and before chiropractic I had to take a break my my regular activities, but now I am back in full swing!

Yes, I would definitely recommend Chiropractic care to others,  it is a wise, healthy and natural way to go.  I have also learned a lot about wellness eating by visiting Johnston Chiropractic Associates.

Headaches were my major problem, but I also had some back pain before I started to receive chiropractic care.  I had tried a few different treatments before chiropractic including; massage and acupuncture.

Now that I regularly go for chiropractic visits, I don’t have as many migraines as I used to.

As for lifestyle changes, I could always do all activities, but I’ve noticed an increase on my performance since getting adjusted, I compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which is a marital art.

I have and will keep recommending chiropractic care to others.

Before chiropractic care I was experiencing low back pain.  As far as trying an alternative treatment, they only thing I had tried, was, to go to my family doctor.

Chiropractic helped me greatly.  It reduced my low back pain and as well it helped me with leg problems that I was having.

After starting chiropractic care I was able to continue on with my daily activities but now I no longer have the discomfort.

I was experiencing low back pain along with leg and sciatic nerve pain.  It was unbearable.  I couldn’t sit, stand or lay down and bending was nearly impossible.  I just couldn’t get comfortable.  I had tried Physiotherapy for close to a year and the problem seemed to be getting worse.

Chiropractic care relieved the pain and tension within a very short time.  I noticed a difference by my third visit.  I was able to put on my socks, return to running and horseback riding and my usual activities!

Thank you Johnston Chiropractic Associates!

Before chiropractic care I was suffering from depression, anxiety, panic attacks and insomnia.  My physician suggested anti-depressant medication, but I refused, deciding at that point to seek alternative treatment.  Since I was also experiencing discomfort in the neck area, chiropractic care seemed the natural choice.

After the first week of treatment the neck discomfort and insomnia were cured.  My mood began to improve as well, and I haven’t experienced any panic attacks since treatment began.

Since chiropractic care, I’m feeling energetic enough to resume previous activities.  My quality of life has significantly improved as a result of chiropractic care (and for those I live with, I might add!)

I would recommend chiropractic care for everyone because I believe it is an important part of preventative health care.

If you were to buy a new car, a new vacuum cleaner, a new pair of skis, or even a new coffee perk, the first thing many individuals would do, is talk to people who have had experience with them.  Word of mouth can be the determining factor in making decisions.

I have something far more important than coffee perks or cars to talk about.  It is something I have experienced and would like to recommend to you.

When I was in high school, I injured my back in a gymnastics class.  At the time it was medication and rest for a very long period of time in order to reach recovery.  That lower back injury has remained a weakness ever since.  In the late 1970’s I was helping my husband remove a water bed from our home when severe pain shot through my back and I fell on the floor.  I slept on the floor that night and was taken to Dr. Glenn Johnston the next morning on the advice of my mother who received regular chiropractic care from Dr. Glenn.  I was carried into his office on a backboard.  I was in unbelievable pain.  His first comment was, “I’d like to have you walk out of here.”  I smirked at suck a wise crack!  Well, I did walk out and continued to hobble back in for a number of adjustments over the next few months.  But once I felt better I thought there was no more reason to go for adjustments.  Like many of you, I felt I had been “fixed”!!  Big mistake!

Off and on over the next 20 years I would go in for an adjustment when I was in real pain, then quit going as long as I felt OK.  You know what happens to your car when it is not “serviced” regularly…the whole thing begins to fall apart.  In 2003 I suffered another pain so severe that I went to the hospital .They prescribed pain medication and sent me home.  After several days of tossing and turning in pain, I gave in and went to the chiropractor.  This time Dr. Glenn’s son, Dr. Aaron treated me.  I went 3-4 times a week for 2-3 weeks.  Nothing seemed to help.  I could not go back to my teaching position. I could not even care for my daily needs and I was in such terrible pain that I couldn’t eat or sleep.  Finally one day Dr. Aaron said he would like to try something new with a different adjustment.  From that day on the pain was relieved and I was able to resume some sort of normalcy to my life.

Dr. Aaron began to teach me every time I went for an appointment.  I learned that my lower back problem had to be addressed and he recommended traction, exercises and adjustments in order to reshape my spine so that my back problems would be minimized.  I began the long and sometimes grueling activity of driving to Fredericton from Nackawic three times a week.  I wondered if it was all worth it.  I went back to work and continued my trips to Fredericton for well over a year!  Finally after we examined x-rays, it was determined that my spine had lined up almost to the desired position.

All those around me were shaking their heads and wondering why I was investing so much time, energy and money in these appointments.  Finally I was able to show them the proof.  I am almost always pain free.  I take no pain medications for anything anymore.  I used to have severe headaches…no more.  I often had sinus infections and terrible sinus headaches…no more.  I used to take muscles relaxers for back pain on a regular basis…no more.  In fact someone was visiting my home the other day and was digging through the cupboards looking for Tylenol, Advil, or some other kind of medicine for a headache.  I told them that I no longer even kept that stuff in my home!

That year of intensive treatment was not the end of my story.  I continue to see Dr. Aaron every week.  (I am on a “frequent flyers” plan.  Ask Jeannette about that!).  I started to have problems with my knees.  Dr.  Aaron adjusts them every week and they are great now.  My feet were virtually flat.  They fitted me with orthotics and I no longer have feet or leg pain.  Sometimes after I walk too far or paint too long or wash down more walls than I should have, I know it is time to go in for an adjustment.  My chiropractor knows exactly what to do to help my body recover.

So, why would I recommend chiropractors to YOU?

  1. I feel so much better all over.
  2. Staying on top of things prevents larger problems like herniated disk I had in 2003.
  3. My doctor can help with so many other things that I never dreamed possible.  You see, those regular adjustments create a better working machine!
  4. I am pain free WITHOUT surgery and we all know where the “knife” can sometimes lead.  This past winter I could cross country ski a 10 km route on a daily basis or climb staging and paint, or run after 4 grandchildren all under the age of 8!
  5. I have learned so much over the last 5 years about 50 other health related subjects.  Dr. Aaron and I are both teachers who love to share our knowledge!
  6. The short term cost to you is well worth the long term gain you receive from this kind of care.

So, I recommend you avoid the drugs which just mask the problem, stay as far away from surgery as you can possibly stay and experience the results that chiropractic care can bring.

I was experiencing neck pain and some low back pain for more than two years. I had many sleepless nights. My medical doctors had recommended pain medications to treat my symptoms.

I highly recommend chiropractic care to others as it has changed my life. Dr. Aaron and Dr. Glenn were able to help me in a more positive way. I am no longer in pain and my range of motion is much better. The big thing is—NO MORE PAIN MEDICATIONS!

This was all confirmed when I took a long bus trip to New York and returned home completely pain free.

I would like to thank Johnston Chiropractic Associates for giving me my life back. This is a lifetime commitment. I get adjusted regularly.

I was experiencing low back pain. Neck pain, shoulder pain and my left side was hurting. I lost a lot of sleep because of the pain. I tried physiotherapy and massage therapy. Still not finding the relief I was hoping for, I finally decided to go see a chiropractor.

Everything started to come together. At first I found it painful because I was in so much discomfort. I didn’t think it was going to help. I was surprised and thankful that it worked after trying everything else.

I can now do a lot of things around the house that I could not do before. I can swim, walk long distance, garden and play a few sports.

I would recommend chiropractic care—with complete honesty. You have to give it a try to know that it works. I always feel great when I get adjusted. I can do my work and I feel much, much better!

Before chiropractic care I was experiencing a number of problems, lower back pain, right hip pain, neck and shoulder pain, sinus pain and digestive issues. Being very skeptical about chiropractic care, this was a huge step for me and actually only felt brave enough to begin treatment after I witnessed my brother taking the same step. I was not resting well and was unable to walk any distance without pain in my right hip.  Therefore all areas of my life were beginning to be affected.

I had tried physiotherapy, massage therapy and medical drugs. All of these left me without the relief I was looking for.

Chiropractic care has lessened my hip pain and provided additional relief through my neck and shoulder. I believe that I feel better overall. I have to say that I have not been able to turn my neck this freely in years. Chiropractic care has provided me with exercises that I can do on my own. Dr. Aaron and Dr. Glenn have provided me with information on lifestyle changes with regards to eating, thinking and moving well. I believe that we can and should take control of those things to help keep our bodies working as well as possible.

Overall I feel much better! I am able to walk greater distances comfortably and I am more aware of my body. I would highly recommend Chiropractic care and I have already recommended this opportunity for wellness to others.

Before beginning chiropractic care I was experiencing low back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, sinus pain, headaches and digestive troubles. It was affecting my work and relationships with the people in my life. It was difficult for me to participate in recreational activities and household chores without any pain.

I tried physiotherapy, acupuncture and medical drugs without any success. Chiropractic care saved my life. I am now able to continue with my previous activities without any pain.

I absolutely recommend people try chiropractic care.

My 3½ month old daughter was very fussy during the day with extended periods of crying. Nothing we did make her feel better. It made the day very long and it was frustrating not knowing how to make here feel better. It broke my heart to see her so uncomfortable. We tried changing here formula, but it not seem to help.

After a week or two of treatments, which were about three times per week, our daughter was much happier. She was happy and playful during the day instead of crying, and she slept better at night. We could enjoy the day with our happy little girl! Instead of trying to console our daughter all afternoon, we were able to play with her and enjoy her. It was a great relief to know she was feeling less distressed. Her personality totally changed.

I would highly recommend chiropractic care. I go regularly myself and bring both my daughter (now six months old) and my son (now 2 years old) for regular adjustments.

Before having chiropractic care I was experiencing low back pain and I was also having difficulty walking.  I had tried taking prescription drugs to alleviate the pain, but this resulted in making drowsy.

Chiropractic care has helped me by straightening my spine by 25%; as well with the aid of a heel lift in my shoe I was able to gain better balance of my body.

After receiving chiropractic care I was able to continue on with all my past activities plus now I am able to walk 3-5 miles every day.  I have lots of energy!

I would definitely recommend chiropractic care to others.  I receive adjustments on a regular basis.

Before having chiropractic care I experienced low back pain off and on over a 20 year period.   20-40 years ago the pain interfered with regular activities and work.  About 22 years ago the pain was so bad that I had to stop playing hockey, skiing, golfing, etc. for over a year.  I saw physicians and tried physio, as well I took an extensive back exercise program. Missed out on an all expense paid trip to British Columbia.  This diagnosis was a deteriorating disc and muscles pulls.

I first saw Dr. Glenn over 20 years ago and almost immediately I was able to resume all activities.  On occasion I would hurt my back one day, go see Dr. Johnston the next and by the following day I was back to playing hockey!

Now being 20 years later, I am now in my mid 60’s and I play hockey twice a week, I ski 2-3 times a week, and I golf 4-5 times a week.  As well I fish, bike, walk, and play with my grand kids. J

I have referred several people to Dr, Johnston!

I was experiencing low back pain that was so severe; it was hard to stand up right.  I tried pain medications to treat my symptoms.

Chiropractic care helped to get rid of my pain.  I no longer have to take pain medication and my range of motion has improved greatly.  I am now able to partake in any activity without hesitation, and no pain is present even after the activity is over.

I would absolutely recommend Chiropractic care!

At first it was painful, I didn’t think it was going to work, but I was surprised and thankful that it did after trying everything else.  I was able to do a lot of things around the house that I couldn’t do before.  As well as swimming, walking long distances and gardening, I am even playing a few sports now!

Yes, I would with complete honesty recommend chiropractic care.  You have to give it a try to know that it works.  I always feel great when I get adjusted, I do my work and feel much, much better.

Before chiropractic care I was experiencing lower back pain, head aches, and neck pain.  It effected; work, normal activities, school and household chores.  Before chiropractic I tried massage therapy.

Chiropractic care has helped me tremendously. I can now live care free and not worry about pain in my neck, back and especially headaches.

Since I started my care, I can now continue on with my daily activities and chores without pain or the annoyance of headaches.

Yes, I would especially recommend chiropractic, especially when I do not need to take Advil for my headaches anymore.

Before starting chiropractic care I was experiencing low back pain and pain running down my left leg.  I had previously tried physiotherapy and drugs, but it didn’t help much and I kept having the pain.

Chiropractic helped me to function better, sleeping, doing my chores, things around the house that I couldn’t do.

After having a few sessions I was able to start doing my previous activities and I felt a lot better.

Yes, I would recommend chiropractic care to anyone with similar types of problems.

Dr. Aaron Asks some important questions of interest to Fredericton residents - Chiropractor Fredericton Dr. Aaron Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
Why do so many drugs require a prescription?
Because they can be dangerous? I chose a chiropractic career specifically because it avoids artificial means of pain relief. Our Fredericton chiropractic practice attracts health-conscious families that prefer a safe and natural solution. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
